            Emmalena Elementary faculty and staff are excited for the 2019-2020 school year. We hope to make it the best and most rewarding ever. Our staff consists of highly qualified teachers who set high expectations for all students. Our teacher are enthusiastic about the subjects they teach and do everything to ensure every child is successful is school and life. Our number one priority at Emmalena Elementary is to enhance the lives of students.

            As a central part of the community, Emmalena Elementary welcomes parents, community members and business owners to get involved with school activities. Emmalena Elementary has as active PTO and would like to encourage all parents to become members of this organization. One of the keys to high student achievement is high parent involvement. The staff at Emmalena hopes to strengthen our communication with parents through weekly newsletters, school cast and home visits. We would encourage each of you to become a parent volunteer at our school. We know that working together will enhance the lives of our students at Emmalena Elementary.

            Emmalena Elementary offers many services to our students. The Family Resource Youth Service Center works directly with the staff, students and community to provide services that link the home and school. The resource center also offers an early learning program for ages 2-5 and an after school program for students through 12.

            Emmalena Elementary provides students the opportunity to participate in a variety of extra-curricular activities to enhance their educational experience. We offer speech, academic teams, cheerleading, archery, STLP, Girls Scouts, basketball and volleyball teams. Encourage your children to get involved to help them grow in all aspects of their lives.

            Emmalena Elementary SBDM consists of Mr. Honeycutt, Zach Mullins, Teacher, Valesa Deck, Teacher, Amy Hofsess, Teacher, Gary Kassee, Parent, and Rochelle Waddell, Parent. If you have any questions or recommendation feel free to contact any of the members.

            We look forward to serving your children and making this the best year ever at Emmalena Elementary!!
