Carr Creek office hours are from 7:30 a.m. –  3:30 p.m. when school is in session. If you have any questions, feel free to call during office hours.
You may also choose to email the office staff.

Call the school and let us know if your child is going to be out.  When the child returns to school, either send a parent note or doctor excuse.  Each semester every child is permitted three parent notes.

Change of Address/Phone numbers 
It is extremely important that parents/guardians keep the office informed of any new phone numbers or change in home address. In case of emergency, the office needs to have the most current information available.

Emergency Cards
Every student must have a current emergency card on file in the main office. Administration will not release a child to anyone who is not listed on this card. A picture ID is required for those picking up students.  Please update the emergency cards for your child when necessary.

Early Dismissal
Please send in a note or make a phone call each day that you are making a change in your child’s dismissal procedure. If you need to dismiss your child early from school, please come to the main office and we will call for your child. The office staff will not call children down to the office until a parent or family member arrives at the school. Please allow a few extra minutes for early dismissal to accommodate your appointment schedule. We will log early dismissals into the central computer system daily.

School Hours
Student should not arrive to school earlier than 7:05 am.

Regular Day
Grades K-8

Please make sure your child/children arrives to school on time and in his/her classrooms by 7:55 ready to begin school.   If your child has an appointment in the morning or arrives late, they must check in the office and receive a late slip before reporting to class. We will log all students who are tardy into the central computer system daily.

All visitors must sign in and out at the main office and receive a visitor badge to wear while in the building. In keeping with Board policy, visitors must receive the principal’s authorization before entering the classroom areas. The principal will grant request to visit the school provided that such requests do not interfere with educational process.
